Jessica is a lifelong resident of LaSalle County. She is the daughter of Tom and Barb Small of Dimmick Township. She is a 2002 graduate of LaSalle-Peru Township High School and did her real estate studies at Illinois Valley Community College. Jessica enjoys coffee, reading and running. She can be found supporting her children at their various sporting events. Though she is still a farm girl at heart, she now resides in Peru with her husband and four children.
