Kelli Geinosky
Education I earned my Associate in Science – Paralegal Studies degree from Everest University where I excelled in courses in real estate law and contract law. I completed my real estate pre-licensing coursework at Illinois Valley Community College. I believe wholeheartedly that learning is a lifelong journey. I am committed to staying current on changes and advances in real estate by participating in Coldwell Banker University’s educational courses and staying current on local, national, and global events that could impact the real estate market.
Professional My professional focus has been on sales. In my current role as Account Manager for a locally owned national distributor, I have grown my sales year over year while maintaining direct relationships with all my clients and customers. I enjoy the satisfaction of helping my clients find exactly what they are looking for while ensuring they are getting the value they want and deserve.
Personal My passion is spending time outdoors with my family including my partner, Daniel and our one-year-old son, Henry. The Illinois Valley is home to so many beautiful state parks, bodies of water, and trails, and we enjoy spending time hiking and exploring all of them as often as we can.

Professional My professional focus has been on representing buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions, along with commercial sales. I enjoy every step of the process, from meeting and getting to know my clients, to helping them search for homes, assisting them in negotiating the best deal, and helping them get to the finish line. I have experience handling transactions involving conventional, FHA, and VA financing, as well as cash transactions. My favorite part about being a Realtor is being a part of helping clients realize their dream of home ownership.
